Hello there!
I'm Elizabeth Atlas, an illustrator and graphic designer living in the Boston area. I have a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design. My obsession with art began in kindergarten when I stumbled upon a Van Gogh book at the library- it was love at first sight. Ever since then, I have spent all of my time making art. My artwork is hand-drawn with pencil, scanned, and then digitally hand-painted in photoshop with a wacom tablet. I love painting with gouache and watercolors and will incorporate painted elements into my work. Birds, nature, and animals are some of my favorite subjects to illustrate.
When I’m not working busily in my studio, you can find me reading with a cup of tea, obsessively checking out books from the library, tending to my native butterfly garden, and embroidering. Above all, my favorite activity is spending time with my husband, two young children and pup named Koji.
